
A recent study by the University of Łódź in Poland has proven that cheese and yogurt protect against all causes of death.
Kudos to the Polish scientists for their worthwhile and life-saving efforts: namely Professor Maciej Banach from the University of Łódź. Because Banach and his spirited team of researchers have just completed an exciting meta-analysis of 29 cohort studies that confirms what we have always believed: Cheese can help you not die.
According to Bach and his colleagues, “Cheese and yogurt protect against both all-cause mortality – death from any cause – and mortality from cerebrovascular causes.”
“Truly, it is the shield that can protect us against the slings and arrows of modern life, including stroke and heart attack,” said the European Society of Cardiology, which presented the research findings.

In the study of more than 20,000 adults over an 11-year period, the consumption of these foods was associated with an 8% lower overall mortality risk. Not bad, not bad at all. Ironically, other studies have shown that excessive dairy consumption can have the opposite effect.
In any case, that’s more than enough reason to celebrate. We’re one step closer to delicious immortality!
