After six months of corona restrictions, a flea market will be celebrated in Stuttgart again tomorrow for the first time. However, the safety precautions are still in place.
Great news for junk dealers and treasure hunters. Cancel your appointments for Saturday, because tomorrow the flea market on Karlsplatz is on the program. From 8am to 4pm, you can once again rummage through the mix of antiques, books, toys, music on records, cassettes and CDs, and all the other unexpected and indescribable artifacts you’d normally find here.
But as much as this is a reason to celebrate the return to normality, pandemic conditions will still apply. Among other things, the number of stalls will be reduced to around 60 – half the number of regular traders – to ensure social distancing. Of course, visitors will also have to keep their distance and wear masks at all times.
In any case, we are more than happy to be able to search for our new favorite item in the best atmosphere.
