Harry Potter: The Exhibition will go on world tour in 2022. Let’s hope it stops in our city too.
Dust off your capes and dig out your wands: it’s recently been confirmed that a huge behind-the-scenes Harry Potter exhibition will be touring the world in 2022. It’s due to come to Europe next year, with a dash of Lockhartian flourish, a bit of Snape-style secrecy and a hefty dollop of Dumbledore-esque wizardry.
So far, the show has not released any dates or destinations for its world tour. All that is said is that details of the world premiere will be announced in the coming months. What we do know is that the event promises even more magical curiosities than any before it – though exactly what might be guarded by Fluffy himself. All we can do now is turn into Alastor Moody and keep an insane eye out for more details on this fantastic tour.

While we wait for that, we’ll just keep our fingers crossed that it comes to Stuttgart at some point. If it does, visitors can expect to see “immersive design and technology” as well as “beautifully crafted environments” that bring the wizarding world to life. Real-life “movie magic” will also be given plenty of room to shine.
No need for floo powder, portkeys or spells here. The exhibition will take you into the world of books and give you a detailed insight into Hogwarts Castle, Gringotts, the Ministry of Magic, dragons, the dark arts and much more. We are already looking forward to authentic props and original costumes from the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts films as well as one or two captivating stories.

All in all, it is said to be the largest traveling exhibition on Harry Potter ever organized. What’s more, the team behind it has already organized great exhibitions for Downton Abbey, Titanic and Jurassic World. So we’re in for a real treat! We will keep you up to date with further information.
