This allows you to experience the works and the world in which they were created up close. Stroll through Monet’s garden in Normandy, the world-famous inspiration for many of his paintings. Or take a seat on one of the beanbags and take in the beautiful installations in the showroom. Here you can lose yourself completely in his works of art.

The immersive exhibition brings you closer to the artist’s life. Your first stop is in the studio, where you will learn more about his techniques, perceptions and the conception of his art. You will learn more about his life story, his blindness and the destruction of some of his works. This will bring you very close to Monet and allow you to see his art through completely different eyes. For all those who would like to know a few facts about Monet now: Oscar-Claude Monet was born in northern France in 1840. He was interested in nature and drawing from an early age. In his early adulthood, he studied in Paris, where he developed his passion for depicting landscapes and seascapes. At first he was ignored, later he became famous.
